This is a signed binary of the Microsoft.Practices.ServiceLocation DLL and associated PDB and XML Doc comment files. This provides a common assembly to implement IServiceProvider.

Updated version number for Portable Class Library version of the Common Service Locator: Since the PCL version of the Common Service Locator does not include the SerializableAttribute applied to the ActivationException class, this constitutes a functionality change for desktop .NET Framework apps. For this reason, the version number of the PCL version of the Common Service Locator is 1.1.0.0.
