Description:
This is a correction to resolve work item 9676. When no service location provider delegate is set, the ServiceLocator.Current static get method returns a NullReferenceException. Because it is not a recommended practive to throw an exception for a get method, it would be better to return a null which would correctly represent the fact that there is no current service locator defined.

This issue seems to have been open for quite a while and the correction (attached) is trivial, so I suspect there are other reasons why this issue has not been corrected. Be that as it may, I submit the attached code as a potential correction to this issue.

Description:
This is a very simple "port" of the CommonServiceLocator to allow it to compile undere the .NET Compact Framework. These changes were needed to create an adapter for the OpenNETCF.IoC framework (ioc.codeplex.com).

This is a CS08 project, though the changes should be 100% compatible with the original VS05 project.
